TiRon/Ayomari create hip hop music that is pensive, yet free-wheeling. My introduction to them was through a good friend who put me on to their The Great New Wonderful LP. The moment I Iistened, I became a fan. So, when TiRon and Ayo reached out to me for help with album aesthetics for their fourth project as a duo, it didn’t take much convincing to get me on board.
The guys wanted the artwork for their new record, WET: The Wonderful Ego Trip—an audio deep-dive confronting the ways in which the human ego manifests—to be minimal but impactful, so that the music would do most of the speaking for itself. And, it does.
